Terms of Service

These terms are a binding agreement governing your use of ThumbnailGPT(the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you accept them in full. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to use the Service. By using it you represent that you meet these requirements and that the information you provide is accurate.
2. What the Service does
ThumbnailGPT generates thumbnails and titles from references and inputs you provide. You save a Character (your face) and Styles (learned from references you choose), then generate thumbnails for your own videos. Titles are free within fair-use limits; rendering a thumbnail requires a credit.
3. Your account
You are responsible for your account, your login credentials, and all activity under your account. Keep your credentials secure and notify us of any unauthorised use. Accounts are personal to you and may not be shared, resold, or transferred.
4. Your content, likeness, and consent
You may upload only photos of yourself or of people who have given you the rights to use their likeness, and you may teach Styles only from references you have the right to use. You represent and warrant that you hold all necessary rights and consents, and you agree to indemnify us against any claim arising from content you upload or generate. By uploading face photos you consent to our processing of that imagery to provide the Service, as described in our Privacy Policy. We do not offer, and you must not attempt, any feature that clones or impersonates another person's identity, face, or exact thumbnail.
5. AI-generated images and SynthID
Thumbnails are produced using AI image models. All AI-generated images carry Google's invisible SynthID watermark. This does not affect your ability to upload or monetize the images, and you are responsible for complying with the disclosure rules of the platforms where you publish.
6. Credits, payments, and taxes
Rendering a thumbnail requires a credit, which is consumed when a render begins. Each credit includes one render plus one free revision. Prices are shown at checkout and may change at any time for future purchases; you are responsible for any applicable taxes. All purchases are subject to our Cancellation and Refunds policy, which forms part of these terms: credits and delivered thumbnails are non-refundable, and the free revision is the sole remedy for dissatisfaction.
7. Subscriptions
Pro and Studio are recurring subscriptions billed through Razorpay and renew automatically until cancelled. You may cancel at any time from the Billing page; cancellation stops future renewals and takes effect at the end of the current billing period, with no refund or proration of the current or any past period. We may change subscription features, credit allowances, or pricing on a prospective basis. One-time Single and Pack purchases never auto-renew.
8. Acceptable use
You must not use the Service to create content that is unlawful, deceptive about a real person's actions, infringing, or impersonating; nor may you scrape, reverse-engineer, resell, or build a competing product from the Service, share or sublicense access, use bots or automation to abuse it, or attempt to bypass usage limits, caps, or payment. We may refuse, remove, or limit any use that, in our judgement, violates these terms.
9. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate your account at our discretion if you breach these terms, abuse the Service, attempt to bypass limits or payment, or initiate an unwarranted chargeback. Credits obtained through fraud, a reversed payment, or any breach may be revoked without refund, and credits remaining at termination for breach are forfeited.
10. Ownership
You own the thumbnails you generate and may use them commercially, provided you held the rights to all inputs you supplied. ThumbnailGPT retains all rights in the Service, its software, models, and brand.
11. Disclaimers
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not warrant that any thumbnail will achieve any particular result, view count, or click-through rate, and we may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time.
12. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ThumbnailGPT is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for lost profits, revenue, or data. Our total aggregate liability for any claim is limited to the amount you actually paid us in the three months before the event giving rise to the claim.
13. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold ThumbnailGPT harmless from any claim, loss, or expense (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your content, your use of the Service, or your breach of these terms.
14. Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. You agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of India at our registered place of business (see the Contact page). If any provision is held unenforceable, the rest remains in effect.
15. Changes and contact

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits any liability or right that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.
