Cancellation and Refunds

ThumbnailGPT sells digital credits used to generate thumbnails. Because each rendered image has a real generation cost, the following policy applies.
Free before you pay
Title generation is free. You only spend a credit when you choose to render a thumbnail, so you can judge the value before paying.
What a credit includes
One credit covers one thumbnail job: one render plus one free revision. A credit is consumed when a render begins.
Our make-it-right promise instead of cash refunds
We do not offer cash refunds on delivered thumbnails. Instead, every thumbnail includes a free revision so we can make it right. Extra revisions beyond the free one are an optional ₹29 top-up.
System failures are auto-refunded
If a render fails due to a technical error on our side, the credit is automatically returned to your balance. You are never charged for a failed render.
Credit expiry
Credits purchased in a Pack never expire. Subscription credits refresh at the start of each billing period and do not roll over.
Subscription cancellation
You can cancel a Pro or Studio subscription at any time from the Billing page or your Razorpay account. Cancellation stops future renewals; the current period is not refunded and one-time purchases (Single, Pack) do not auto-renew.
