Cancellation and Refunds

ThumbnailGPT sells prepaid digital credits used to generate thumbnails. Because every render incurs an immediate, non-recoverable AI generation cost, all sales are final and the following policy applies. By purchasing, you agree to it.
All sales are final
Credits and rendered thumbnails are non-refundable digital goods. A purchased credit is a prepaid licence to generate; once a render begins the credit is consumed and cannot be refunded. We do not offer cash refunds on credits or on delivered thumbnails.
Free to evaluate before you pay
Title generation is free within fair-use limits, so you can judge the quality before spending anything. You only pay when you choose to render, and by paying you confirm you have evaluated the Service and accept it as suitable for your needs.
Our make-it-right promise is the only remedy
Instead of refunds, every thumbnail includes one free revision so we can make it right. This satisfaction remedy is the sole and exclusive remedy for dissatisfaction with a render. Extra revisions cost 1 credit each.
System failures are credited, not refunded
If a render fails due to a technical fault on our side, the credit is automatically returned to your balance so you can try again. We do not issue cash for failed renders.
Credits have no cash value
Pack credits do not expire. Subscription credits reset at the start of each billing period and do not roll over. Credits are non-transferable, have no cash value, and cannot be exchanged for money.
Subscription cancellation
You can cancel Pro or Studio at any time from the Billing page. Cancellation stops all future renewals and takes effect at the end of the current billing period; you keep access and any remaining subscription credits until then. We do not refund or prorate the current period or any past period. One-time Single and Pack purchases are not subscriptions and never auto-renew.
Limited exceptions
We issue refunds only where (a) required by applicable law, or (b) you were charged in error or more than once for the same purchase and no corresponding service was delivered. Email support@thethumbnailgpt.com within 7 days of the charge with details. Approved refunds are granted at our sole discretion and returned to the original payment method.
No chargeback abuse
If you believe a charge is wrong, contact us first. Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute instead of contacting support, or obtaining credits through fraud or any breach of our Terms, may result in revoked credits and account suspension, and we reserve the right to contest illegitimate disputes.

Nothing in this policy removes or limits any right that cannot be excluded under applicable law. Where such a right applies, it prevails only to the minimum extent the law requires; the rest of this policy continues to apply.
